The most convenient airport for Oxford is London Heathrow, followed by London Gatwick. The coaches from the airports (The Airline) and London (Oxford Tube, Stagecoach) terminate at Gloucester Green Bus Station. Tickets can be bought with cash or contactless card on the coaches - no prior reservation is necessary. Mansfield College is a 13 min walk from the Bus Station (map) and so is the Conference venue (map), or you can take a taxi. Coaches also stop on High Street, which is slightly closer to both Mansfield College and the Conference venue.
If arriving by train, it is a 19 min walk to either venue, or you can take bus 14 to the Keble Road stop (for Clarendon Laboratory) or a taxi.
